Snow Princess Tutu

This is the perfect tutu for your little snow princess!  It boasts incredibly soft ice blue tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished with silver sequin snowflakes that will not shed.  A silver glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch.  The tutu is lined with blue cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
