SHIPPING

Little Grasshoppers ships via USPS Mail with tracking provided for every order.  Please allow up to seven days for your order to arrive upon receiving your shipment notification.

Shipping prices are based on weight, with free shipping provided for orders over $100.

If you need rush shipping, please contact contact@shoplittlegrasshoppers.com prior to placing you order.  You will be charged accordingly for any rush delivery expenses.

We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery.  Once your package is released to USPS, we are no longer responsible should it get lost.  If you'd like a signature confirmation, shipping insurance or alternate expedited shipping methods, please email contact@shoplittlegrasshoppers.com at the time of your order.

 

RETURNS

Shop Little Grasshoppers accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  Tags must be attached.  Returns accepted within ten (10) days after purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment.  Returns accepted after the 10-day period will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item's purchase price.  All swimwear, sale items and seasonal merchandise are FINAL SALE.  

Please email us at contact@shoplittlegrasshoppers.com for return instructions.  Prepaid return labels are not provided and we are unable to refund shipping costs.  

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed.  Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

• We have limited quantities of our products and they are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy. 
• We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors and images of our products.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or personal device will accurately display the color(s) of the products.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.  All product descriptions and pricing are, at our discretion, subject to change at any time without notice.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
• We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  In the event that we make a change to, or cancel an, order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
• There may, on occasion, be information on our website or marketing materials that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.  We reserve the right, at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order) to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders, if any information on the website or in marketing materials is inaccurate.
