Rainbow Mermaid Tutu

This darling tutu is perfect for your little mermaid! It features incredibly soft rainbow ombre tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished by a silver "shed-free" glitter scale overlay. A silver glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch. The tutu is lined with white cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
