Patriotic Cutie Tutu

This patriotic tutu is the perfect way to show patriotic spirit! It features incredibly soft blue tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished by red sequin bows and white sequin stars.  A white iridescent glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch. The tutu is lined with blue cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
