Heart Patch Tutu

This tutu is loads of fun and is the perfect accessory!  It features incredibly soft raspberry pink tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished by gold glitter accents and heart patches.  A pink glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch. The tutu is lined with raspberry colored cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.

Care instructions: hand wash and hang dry.
