Aqua Confetti Tutu

This tutu is loads of fun!  It features incredibly soft aqua tulle that doesn't scratch or itch and is embellished by multi-color sequin accents that don't shed.  A gold glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch. The tutu is lined with aqua colored cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.

Care instructions: hand wash and hang dry.
