Christmas Patch Tutu

This tutu is the perfect accessory for the holiday season!  The incredibly soft red tulle features gold glitter accents and does not scratch or itch.  Three festive patches add a festive touch: a Santa patch, a Christmas tree patch and a reindeer patch.  A gold glitter elastic waistband is the finishing touch.  The tutu is lined with red cotton so it can be worn as a skirt.
